The hotel offers modern rooms with lovely pillows but lacks toiletries, fridge, and proper air conditioning. The TV control didn't work well, and there was no TV signal. The service was friendly, particularly from Michael and Andrea, but somewhat overworked and unhelpful at times. The location is very central, close to public transport, shops, and major sites. The dining options were good, but some felt the quality didn't match the price.
